According to TurboTax FAQ, if you used TurboTax Online to file your taxes, you can reach Audit Defence by logging into TurboTax Online and clicking on “Audit Defence.”
Once you have contacted Audit Defence, you’ll be assigned a tax pro who will:
- Ensure your eligibility for audit assistance
- Review your tax return and the CRA audit issue(s)
- Manage the audit process by communicating with you and the CRA
- Contact you with final finding and information
