Where is it saying “In Progress”?

 

If your tax return in TurboTax is still showing as being “In Progress”, then it was not filed via NETFILE.

If you did NETFILE your return, or you printed and mailed your return instead, then you’ll need to contact the CRA to ask what the status of your refund is. You can call them collect at 613-940-8495.
