Can I change any amount after I got to the end of my return ? I did not file yet. do I have to use ReFILE even though I did not file yet?

If you have something that needs to be changed, you can go back to that part of the return and fix it there. You can use the Find tool (magnifying glass) to search for the page you need to go to, or select a page from the left side menu.

You would only use REFILE to make changes after you’ve already sent your return in via NETFILE.

I have gone back and changed the data that is correct, but it is not saving with the new data I changed.  It hasn't been efiled yet.

When you edit or change an entry, it is important to scroll down and click on Done or Continue to save the change you have made.
