Can I file joint married when non resident and my husband is deemed resident ?

Do I need to file tax return separately or singly if I am non resident and my husband is deemed resident? How do I file provincial tax return in this case ?

You can prepare your taxes jointly, but you have to print and send in the return for the non-resident.
