Can I file my taxes normally after getting a permanent resident SIN number? Do I say it's my first time? Last I filed was 2019 before I left the country. Address changed

I'm filing for the first time since 2019 when I was a temporary resident with a different SIN number. I just became a PR and have a new SIN. I can't access my CRA account because it asks for a notice of assessment number from 2022 so I haven't updated my address either.

This year, I'm not sure if I should check yes or no to "Is it your first time filing?" since I have a new SIN number. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

We would recommend you contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281 to ask them. Depending on your situation it can possibly either or.
