Can I make a correction to my income tax that I have already sent in to CRA

Income tax sent to CRA and missed a T5 can I do a correction on line?

You'll need to wait until you receive your Notice of Assessment (NOA) from CRA and then you can either make an "adjustment" to your tax return or "ReFile" it.
