Can my fiance claim our daughter we just had together, If we file separate but still claim Living Common law, and I claim my other daughter from a previous relationship?

Only one parent can claim a child as a dependant.  So your fiance can claim your daughter. You can only claim your other daughter if your ex partner has not claimed her, on her own taxes.
