Can’t access 2021 return online for refile

I filed my 2021 return using TurboTax online. I need to make adjustments to it and re-file, but I can’t figure out how to access my 2021 return. I can access all other years. How do I get to the 2021 return online?

If you used TurboTax Online in 2021, then unfortunately the TurboTax service for that has been discontinued, so you won't be able to reopen your 2021 return to Refile it.

 

You can still make adjustments using the Canada Revenue Agency’s (CRA) My Account service or you can print & mail a T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request.
