Canada working benefit

I’m a full time student and I claimed the Canada working benefit not knowing about claiming university credits for 2018 because I didn’t know students weren’t eligible and it said there were no drawbacks... I’ve now realized that I was supposed to claim university credits and receive a smaller refund. What should I do? Thanks in advance if anyone can help 🙏🏻

You will most likely have to Refile your 2018 tax return, but before you do that I would suggest that you contact the CRA at 1-800-959-8281 or go into your MyCRA account to check and see if they caught it.

Please review this link from the CRA for Canada Working Benefit for more information.

And the following link from TurboTax to help you Refile your tax return if needed:
