CRA status "Have not been received" yet

I used the submission online and finished it in middle April. But my status on CRA is still "Have not been received". 

I'm afraid your system "Turbotax" have not sent my tax application though it showed "Finish" window. And I asked "what should I need to next?" thru your help site but no response. Now it's June but it's still "Have not been received" status. It looks your system doesn't work for me at all 

I paid more than $200 for me and my wife including Analysis. 

Can you give me your advice ASAP? What should I need to do? If my 2018 tax application is failed, what should I need to do and what can I do?

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, you can rest assured that your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.  Please see the following FAQ for instructions on how to NETFILE when using TurboTax Online.
