Daughter married a US Citizen last year. She lives here, waiting for Green Card, but he lives in US. He has earned income in the US only. Do I file his income?

He will not be doing a Canadian tax return but you do have to enter some of his information. You will enter his SIN as 000 000 000 and make sure to enter his US income in CAN$. This will eliminate the spousal credit for him.
