    Are you in Quebec or a different province? Also, are you using TurboTax Online or TurboTax CD/Download?

    Hi, thank you for using Intuit TurboTax Live Community

    As of this date Refund Advance through Turbotax is only offered for those filing a federal US  1040 to the IRS.
