Does it make sense to submit taxes if I cannot log into My CRA to double check my direct deposit infomation?

You can contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) by phone to confirm your direct deposit information if you can't use their My Account service. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495.
