Filed Together with my Spouse who has no income. Realized I had entered a T3 twice after filing. ReFile only works for me.

The subject says most of it.

MyCRA pulled in a 5 separate T3's and my bank sent me a consolidated one. I mistakenly put the T3 from the bank in, but after filing realized that it was a duplicate of what CRA already pulled in.

I file jointly with my spouse, who has no income at all. I claim everything on my return, my spouse is just has a pile of 0's.

Anyway, I deleted the extra T3, and went to re-file, and re-file went off without a hitch for me.

TurboTax assumes I need to re-file my spouses, but when I try it, I get a NetFile error saying that all the amounts are the same. Yes, they're the same, because my spouses amounts didn't change, only mine did.

Now TurboTax is telling me to mail hers in. I really don't want to, unless CRA knows we file "together" and is expecting an update for her too.

Is this the case? Do I really have to do this?
