Forgot to report capital gain in 2016 return which was filed on line. Have received NOA from CRA. Do I have to send amendment by mail to CRA? Which forms should I use?

You can make changes after you have filed your tax return through the CRA: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647992
