I see that the refund team has advised you to contact phone support to get this resolved.

After you enter some basic information about your problem, the page will provide you with the phone number for the team that can help you the most.

They are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.

Can you please clarify if you are speaking of a refund of TurboTax software.

Please note if it was a retail purchase, it can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive the cheque in the mail.

If you completed the refund request form, please click on the "Track Refund Request" on the bottom of the form to see the update of the refund.
