How can I ReFILE and make amends to my return for 2017 in TurboTax if I haven't used TurboTax for 2017?

I haven't used TurboTax for 2017  and someone filed my tax with UFile online version and now I believe that I have to make amendments to my return and I want to use TurboTax live how should I do that. Should I start a new return for 2017. Can I import my file tax from my CRA account and import it to TurboTax 2017 live?

If you didn’t use TurboTax in 2017, you can’t use it to ReFile. You also can’t import tax return files from other software into TurboTax.
