How can I retrieve the tax profile I've deleted. Since I have paid and filed that profile, but accidentally deleted the same day, is it considered as filed online

If you are using TurboTax Online, there’s no way to recover a return once you have deleted it. If you got the email with your confirmation number, then your return was filed. If you didn’t get the email, you can check with the CRA to see if they received it:  https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647719
