If you have used NETFILE to file your tax return, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will issue a NETFILE confirmation number after it does a preliminary check of your return and the return is accepted through NETFILE for processing.
Once your return has been processed, the CRA will send you a Notice of Assessment. If your correspondence preferences are set to “Electronic mail,” you will receive an email notification when you have new mail from the CRA to view in My Account, and you should be able to see your Notice of Assessment in your CRA My Account.
