The TD1 2020 Personal Tax Credit form is not part of your tax return. It's form that you would fill out to enable your employed to take the correct amount of taxes off your pay cheques during the year.

To make changes to the form you can either download it from the CRA website or ask your employer for a copy. Then fill out the form with your new information, then give it to your employer.

Thank you for your reply. I agree. But for the whole year 2019, my wife did not worked so Instead of claiming the amount, I put zero dollar in these forms. So I assume, tax was deducted excluding these amounts for the year 2019. How do I claim this amount?

FYI:

For the current year 2020, have asked my employer to correct the forms so he did. My employer mentioned that for the incorrect deduction starting from January 2020 till April 15th will be adjusted in next couple of month.

If you underpaid or overpaid taxes on your pay cheques, when you put in your T4 information, that will be adjusted for automatically. Though, depending on your situation, you may not necessary see a big difference in your refund/amount owing.
