I accidentally chose yes earlier for Employment Expenses. How do I remove this from my return? It says I am not eligible for it so it may mess up my return, thank you.

Please go back to your profile page within TurboTax where, on the left hand side, you will find the option to uncheck the Employment Expenses, to unselect it. 

If you have entered incorrect expenses, then please follow the below link for steps to delete the line items:

Even when unchecking, it still comes up as an error mesage.

You need to go back into the section of the return where you will see employment expenses and edit any amount in there—or delete it. Then you will be able to go and remove the checkmark.
