I accidentally deleted a business file under self-employment that I thought was a duplicate. Now the numbers are all messed up and makes no sense. Is it possible to undo?

Unfortunately, once you have deleted a form you will not be able to retrieve it. You will have to start a new Self-Employment form which is located under the "Income" tab of your tax return.
