I accidentally entered a t4E as a t4 and filed it that way. CRA assessment came back and I have now realized the error. I corrected in Turbotax, now how do I refile?

If you need to amend your tax return, do not file another return for that year.

You must wait to receive your Notice of Assessment before making any changes to your tax return. 

There are three ways to make amendments to your tax return: through CRA My Account, ReFile using your tax solution, or by mail. There are rules and limitations for each one, please see the following link for their descriptions:
