I am claiming immigrant wife as dependent using 0's for SIN. Can I netfile?

My wife is immigrating to Canada but has not received her PR yet.  She's been here since 2018 and has not worked so is not filing a tax return.  I plan to file claiming her as a dependent.  I have a SIN but  I'm using 0's for her SIN.  Do I need to print and file this return or can I netfile?  Will the 0's delay processing time?

As long as you have a SIN, you will be able to Netfile.
