I am not satisfied with the service. My taxes were not received by any of the governments (filed over 6 weeks ago through TurboTax). Had to redo it through an accountant

Did you get a NETFILE confirmation number when you filed? If you didn’t get a confirmation number, then your return was not filed. This TurboTax FAQ shows how to find it: How do I find my NETFILE confirmation number?
