Why sign in to the Community?

I am not transferring my property to a spouse, partner or other but Turbotax will not let me proceed without designating a recipient. How do I proceed?

Please make sure that on the “Sale of your Principal Residence” that you have specified that it is 100% owned by you, and that 0% is owned by someone else.

You can get to the Principal Residence section by selecting it from under Income in the left side menu.
