I did my tax return 2 days ago and it said I qualified for the carbon action benefit. I check it today and now it says I don't. Why did it change? I already netfiled it.

Today I did my parents tax return and it says they qualify?. We all live in the same house so is it a one person per household can get it deal? Since the netfile went through before the change, will it affect my return still?
