I did tax return last months and checked my CRA account and got this message “tax return has been sent “ but yesterday I got this message”hasn’t sent” what is problem.

Your CRA account should never say "hasn't sent". If you received your NetFile Confirmation Number from TurboTax, only CRA can provide you with information on the status of your refund. You should contact them with any questions.
