I divorced in 2022. It's asking who is the higher income spouse. I don't know and the only options are yes or no.

On the left side, under My Info: Additional information about spouse

You can see your spouse's income in the field "Net income from spouse's 2022 federal tax return (Line 23600)"

On the left side, under Income > T-Slips > T4 Employment Income

You can see your income in the field "Employment Income" box 14

Another way to view your income is through Detailed Summary:

On the left side below the refund amount click on "2022 Balance Due" > Click on "View detailed tax summary" > Your income is written on "10100 Employment Income".

After looking at both income, take note of who has the higher income.

On the left side, Go to Deductions > Child Care Expenses > Child Care Expenses Intro.

Under Claiming Child Care, it will ask the question "Is (YOUR NAME) the higher income spouse or common-law partner?" just answer yes or no based on the income you discovered above.
