I filed my taxes for 2018 and there are no records in my account.

Please make sure that you are logged into the right account. You can have multiple accounts attached to the same email address, and each is separate. Returns in one account won’t show in another.

 

Are you trying to print out or save a copy of your 2018 return? If you can’t find it at the bottom of the My Returns page in TurboTax Online 2019 (under "Your filed tax returns are saved here"), then try logging into 2018 directly at: https://ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/ Free returns from 2017 & 2018 that didn’t have Plus added will not show up at the bottom of your 2019 My Returns page, because TRA (Tax return access) services were not offered for Free accounts in previous years.

 

Are you trying to transfer a paid 2018 into a 2019 return?
