I filled my 2017 tax March 8th with trubo tax and cra says that they have not recieved it to date?

When you filed, did you get a confirmation number? You can check by selecting “CRA Online Mail” from the “File”. Then click “Continue” to go to the “Filing your returns” page where you can find your NETFILE confirmation number, if it was filed.
