Ok, what is your question? You can ask here, or if you have TurboTax Live Assist & Review, here is how to talk to a Tax Expert: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/navigating-turbotax/help/i-m-using-turbotax-live-assist-review-how-do-i-talk-to-a-tax-expert/00/873764

I have home and business version of turbo tax.In 2019 our daughter lived with us for 8 months and moved to live with her grandparents for the rest of 2019 so we can only claim her as a dependent for those 8 months. My question what form or how do you let cra know of this change and how doyou fill out your income tax reflecting this situation.thank you

I need more information to answer this question. However, If you are married, and her grandparents are married, neither can claim the eligible dependant amount. No tax changes for your situation except for the provincial tax reduction (in some provinces). either you or the grandparent can claim the child in the tax return.

If you are asking about the Canada Child Benefit, and other provincial benefits, the payment should be redirected to her grandparents if they become her custodians and you will need to call CRA to inform them about the custody change. If this is a temporary visit, then there is nothing to be changed.

Please check this link regarding the CCB:

CRA phone number: 1800-959-8281
