I have claimed the Climate Tax Incentive, but it hasn't increased my tax refund. As it's a credit, should I not receive this money as a tax refund?

The Climate Action Incentive (CAI) credit is added automatically when you start your return, if you are in a province that has it. So unless you say that you are not eligible, then it’s already included in your refund amount.
