I'm confused whether or not I need to select "Yes" or "No" for my kids in the eligible dependants spot.

Only answer "Yes" to this question if you are claiming the "Eligible Dependant Amount" (Equivalent to Spouse) for one of your children. This Non Refundable Tax Credit only applies to single parents and can only be claimed for one of your dependants.
