I'm in school currently and was paying my monthly payments to the NSLSC until February for my loans but didn't receive a T2202 or a TL11. Just wondering if thats normal

You would get a T2202/TL11 from your school for tuition that you paid.

If you paid interest on your student loan from NSLSC, they will issue you a Tax Receipt and annual statement.
