I netfiled my 2018 return, received a confirmation email as well as my notice of assessment. I need to make a change but Turbotax thinks I have not filed. What can I do?

Thanks but this answer didn't help. I could not find Return Manager. (How can I refile when TurboTax thinks I never filed??) We submitted the change thru MyAccount. I would still like my TurboTax to know that we have filed though! Autofill won't work next year!
