I received interest paid by CRA for re-assessments. In the reassessment letter CRA states I must include it as income for 2014 Where in Turbo Tax do I enter the amounts?

If you are using the online version, you can go to your profile.  Answer yes to investment income.  At the very end of the drop down list is "other income".  Check that one.
