I sent our tax return yesterday and I think I have a mistake on our medical claim. What can I do?

How can I correct this mistake with CRA

You cannot re-file or re-submit your return.  Wait until you receive your Notice of Assessment and then request an adjustment.  For more info, please see http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/tx/ndvdls/tpcs/ncm-tx/chngrtrn-eng.html
