I've submitted a minor adjustment to a 2016 tax return (added some RPP deductions) - do I need to wait until I receive the revised NOA before submitting our 2018 returns?

You do not need to wait to file your 2018 income tax return but the CRA might make some adjustments to your 2018 return if 2016 is reassessed before your 2018 return is processed.
