I was audited in 2022/2023 I had an amount owing of 11,000. I have since gone through a consumer proposal, cra is still saying I owe that but turbo tax is not.

The software doesn't get updates from the CRA. So, if the CRA changed something on your return after you file or are reassessed/audited, that change will not show in TurboTax.
