I was divorced 10 years ago.. I was common law for the last few years. we separated on oct 1. do i now put my marital status as divorced, separated or single?

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Once you have been separated for 90 days because of a breakdown in the relationship, the effective date of your separated status is the day you started living apart.
