If after I submitted my tax return and cra asks for more information can turbotax help with submitting additional information to the cra?

I need to submit a reciept for child support

Unfortunately, you cannot submit supporting documents with TurboTax. You can submit any documents to CRA online through your CRA My Account, if you are signed up for one though.
