If I filed on 20th April, 2017 when can I expect to receive my refund?Is it possible to confirm that CRA have even received my returns?

The time between when you file and when you receive your refund depends on a number of factors. 

First, confirm you have received a NETFILE confirmation number when you filed: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3227955
