I did my taxes a few months ago and they never arrived
If you have received a NETFILE confirmation number, your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency. In this case, you will need to ask the CRA to run a trace using your confirmation number. The CRA can be reached at 1 800 959 8281.
