In terms of public transit expenses, will amounts paid to prestocard used in GoTrain, TTC & Mi-way transit qualify as deductions?

This question has been rendered obsolete, as the Federal Transit credit was eliminated in 2017. 

Some Provinces, example Ontario, still have certain transit credits targeted to groups such as seniors.

Please note the Federal Transit credit was removed effective 30 June 2017.
That means you can claim amounts spent before that date, but not after.
