It is saying I do not qualify for net file. I do not have anything on my return that disqualifies it. Wondering what the problem is.

Please double check that you are eligible for NETFILE. First time filers, non residents, people with an address that is outside of Canada, etc... are some of the people who can't  NETFILE and must print and mail their returns: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/e-services-individuals/netfile-overview/...
