My daughter will be adopted offically in 2015, however for 2014 taxes she was still our foster daughter. Am I able to claim her has a dependant on my 2014 return?

Not if she was a foster child. You need to wait until you finalize the adoption.

Not if she was a foster child. You need to wait until you finalize the adoption.
