My wife and I both owe money to the CRA do we have to submit a separate remittance voucher or just one?

My wife and I both owe taxes to the government of Canada, do we have to submit remittance vouchers separately or can it be done together?

If both of you owe money to CRA, you should submit each of your payments separately and make sure that your cheque (if you are mailing a cheque) includes your own unique Social Insurance Number so that the payment will be credited to the correct taxpayer's account with CRA.
