My wife dont have SIN number , she didnt arrive to canada yet, what to do for SIN when its asking for spouse information, im not filling a taxes for her this year

You will put yourself as married. Because your wife is not in Canada, you can enter 000 000 000 as her SIN number and input zero for her income. Be sure that you are not checking in "spousal amount" as well.
