My wife lives in philippines and doesnt have a sin# yet how do i answer ?

my wife that i support still lives in the Philippines and doesnt have a sin # so how can i answer that question ?

Enter 000 000 000 for her SIN, Non-resident status and declare zero income. You should not be claiming Spousal credit for her.
